Senay BARANSEL, Ph.D Şenay BARANSEL

Dr. Senay BARANSEL was born in 1960. In 1982 she graduated from the Psychology Department of Middle East Technical University in Ankara. In 1987 she received her M.A degree on Guidance and Psychological Counseling from Bosphorous University, Istanbul.

Between 1986 and 1988, she worked as the Vocational and Psychological Counselor at the Mef Institute. From 1988 to 1990, while she was working as teaching and as a Research Assistant at Bosphorous University, she began her studies in Ph.D program on Organizational Behavior at Marmara University.

In 1996, she received her degree by completing the dissertation on The Study of Relationship Between Organizational Climate and Organizational Communication, Commitment and Intention to Turnover. From 1990 - 1995 she worked as the Training Manager at Baser Colgate Palmolive, Inc. Dr. Baransel is presently the founder and president of Baransel Training and Management Consultancy Inc. And a member of Training Consultants Association, the Psychologists Association, the Educational Studies Association, Turkish Personnel Management Association and SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management)
